Auto-Ship is a Direct-To-Home food delivery service. When adding a product to Auto-Ship, you will receive 5% off every order, free delivery right to your front door and the ability to set the frequency of how often you would like your food delivered.

- Log into your Royal Canin Direct-To-Home Account
- Select Product
- Choose size of product (if applicable)
- Under “Subscribe and Save” Select the frequency in which you want to have your food delivered
- Add to Cart
- Check out

- Log into your Royal Canin Direct-To-Home Account
- Click the Profile Icon in the top right corner
- Click “View Account Details”
- Scroll down to the Bottom of the page, under order history and click “Manage Subscriptions”
- Click on current auto-ship order you wish to cancel
- Cancel auto-ship order

- Scroll down to the Bottom of the page, under order history and click “Manage Subscriptions”
- Click on current auto-ship order you wish to Pause
- Pause or edit auto-ship order
