Frequently Asked Questions

Auto-Ship is a Direct-To-Home food delivery service. When adding a product to Auto-Ship, you will receive 5% off every order, free delivery right to your front door and the ability to set the frequency of how often you would like your food delivered.

  • Log into your Royal Canin Direct-To-Home Account
  • Select Product
  • Choose size of product (if applicable)
  • Under “Subscribe and Save” Select the frequency in which you want to have your food delivered
  • Add to Cart
  • Check out
  • Log into your Royal Canin Direct-To-Home Account
  • Click the Profile Icon in the top right corner
  • Click “View Account Details”
  • Scroll down to the Bottom of the page, under order history and click “Manage Subscriptions”
  • Click on current auto-ship order you wish to cancel
  • Cancel auto-ship order
  • Log into your Royal Canin Direct-To-Home Account
  • Click the Profile Icon in the top right corner
  • Click “View Account Details”
  • Scroll down to the Bottom of the page, under order history and click “Manage Subscriptions”
  • Click on current auto-ship order you wish to Pause
  • Pause or edit auto-ship order
