Auto-Ship is our subscription service that gives you the ability to sign up for recurring delivery of your pet's nutrition. You can select and customize the delivery frequency that works best for you and your pet's needs. All Auto-Ship orders qualify for free shipping and 5% savings on every recurring purchase.

  • Under "Subscribe and Save", select the delivery frequency that works best for you and your pet's needs

  • You can always adjust your Auto-Ship subscription by logging into your account, clicking "View Account Details" and "Manage Your Auto-Ship"

  • Under "My subscriptions" you'll be able to update your delivery address, payment information or product

  • Our Auto-Ship subscription program is very flexible and completely customizable based on you and your pet's needs

We do not have a minimum or maximum order value. All orders qualify for free shipping and handling.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is received. You can also view your order information by logging into your account and viewing "Order History".

We ship to all Canadian provinces. Unfortunately, we do not currently provide shipping service to Northwest Territories, Yukon or Nunavut.
